Bank for Small Business (in Japan)
For FSIJ, gniibe sought which bank is better for small business. FSIJ doesn't require complicated task for bank account. It just needs checking amount of money and examining transactions. He checked services and charges, and the candidates are: Perhaps, JA Bank would be good.
At the end of year, some magazines aren't published
Usually 'Morning' is published on Thursday, but the issue is published today.
Bad decision
At first, a bad decision, because of not-so-good or not enough information. Next, perhaps, members cannot deny the decision, although some of them know it was bad. Then, all members sought reasons which endorse or say "yes" to a bad decision. Here, all other information and/or data which deny a bad decision or say "no" to it was ignored completely. Yup, sometimes, people want to be blind by themselves. We need to be brave to change the wrong way.
IPA and OSS Forum
Some people believe Solaris 10 *is* Open Source Software, because it includes OpenSolaris which is available under OSI certified license. That's ridiculous. This is exactly a pitfall of 'Open Source' Movement. With the term 'Free Software', we could avoid this issue.
Rainy Autumn
But, gniibe cares the faith. If s/he could not be honest to her/his religion, what's her/his belief at the first place?

Short Tour around Akiba
They met around 10:30 in front of Lowson at Tsukuba Center, and took Tsukuba Express. They visited Yushima Seido (Confucius), Kanda Myojin, and Yushima Tenjin. Then, they went to Shinobazu Pond, Bentendo, went up to Ueno Toshoguu, visited Pagota, and went along Kiyomizu Kan-non-dou, then visited Statue of Saigo. Back to Akihabara by JR train. After lunch, walked around Akihabara. Thomas bought AC/AC converter. We checked the price of Memory Stick Pro Duo 1GB, around Akihabara, we found that PC Success and DigiPlaza would be most cheap. Ummm... The price on the web page looks more cheap for PC Success.
Okinawa
Ordinal Japanese (including young people in Okinawa) do not know the history of Okinawa. I mean, how people were governed by US army after world war two. No freedom, no democracy, but army and soldiers. I know part of it, so, I can't imagine there is some "democracy" in middle east under US army.
Ricako the phisher
Many said this is an evolution of phishing. But, is it? My guess is another, more complicated business model. Those messages are copyrighted by Ricako and/or her name is registered trade mark. When she finds that her messages or her name are used by someone, she will claim the royalty. This is perfectly legal and legitimate. So, I warn guys who cut-and-paste Ricako's message or mention her name on the web (I found more than 20000 by Google), whatever purpose you cited her message or name, she will come to you with a bill. I wonder if I should report this incident to JPCERT/CC. There is a sign which my guess would be correct. Her address ends with 'tm', I read it as 'Trade Mark'.
Census 2005
Hum, this is the year, I didn't know that. The date is October 1st. October 1st! I have an issue, possibly a big issue for my residence. My job contract will be expired on September 30th. Next job contract will begin on October 2nd. Note that October 1st is nothing, null, zero. That's the convention, nobody has had question for that. This year, October 1st is Saturday, so for the job itself, there is no problem. But as I am person who is honest :-) or care details, I wonder if it is legally correct (or not) to stay an apartment for government employee even if I will not belong to government (for October 1st).
The address 1-1-1
In my day job, I am an employee of National Institute of AIST, Tsukuba, Japan. The address of AIST is 1-1-1 Umezono, Tsukuba Japan. I live in an apartment for government employee. The address is 1-1-1 Azuma, Tsukuba Japan (The building number and room number are secret ;-). It means that the institute has been moved (from Tokyo) to country side, the apartments has been built up, and nothing were there at that time. This is just a my guess. 1-1-1 (One-One-One) is quite simple and easy to remember. Last century, I worked for Mitsubishi Research Institute, Inc., and the address was 2-3-6 Ootemachi. My boss at that time said it's logical (or mathematically correct), because two times three equals to six. He is such a person, no wonder he is now in the board member as an auditor.
Tail Recursion
Three wishes!? I only need two. One is, say, gimme freedom of software. Another is, gimme recursion, that is, let me request two more wishes...
