At GPLv3 conference, Gniibe presented the talk on "GNU GPL LED Display" along with Japanese situation on Free Software.

GNU GPL LED Display is a gadget which displays GNU GPLv3 (draft) on its 32x16 led dot matrix.

Gniibe went Kiba. On the way back to Akihabara (from Kiba), gniibe didn't go straight, but went opposite direction at Kayabacho station of Hibiya line.

He went to Tsukiji to visit Yoshinoya there. That's because Aoki-san kindly let him know the availability of the original beef bowl.

It costs JPY500.-, it's worth to try.

Direction to Yoshinoya Tsukiji branch (from Tsukiji station of Hibiya-line):

Use exit "1" to be outside from subway.
You will see Tsukiji Honganji Temple on your left, go straight down to Tsukiji Market.
You will cross a crossing with signal (Tsukiji 4-chome crossing), then it's Monzeki avenue.
Go one block down to Tsukiji Market.
At the end of Monzeki avenue, you will cross another crossing.
You will find service station of petrol, turn left.
On your right side is Tsukiji Storage Company (with Huge Refrigerator).
Watch out, don't be hit by turret.
Going straight, Yoshinoya will be on your left.

Many banks have campaigns to lower cost of money transfer or cost of internet banking. But it's limited to individual accounts.

For FSIJ, gniibe sought which bank is better for small business. FSIJ doesn't require complicated task for bank account. It just needs checking amount of money and examining transactions.

Cross compiling bugs fixed

One and half yes ago, gniibe filed a bunch of bugs to BTS. At the Debconf6 Hacklab, gniibe rescan those bugs. Finding some bugs were already fixed, and closed #280884, #283032, and #284439.

Gniibe bought LCD-7100V, the 7.1 inch LCD monitor.

It accepts VGA input as well as NTSC.

It cost JPY18,800.- at T-Zone akihabara, but you can buy it cheaper, around 16,000 or so (according to Kakaku.com).

It is true, but there is some strange network filtering. My ssh connection works fine, as well as HTTP, but imaps doesn't work.
