DNS setting mistake
But sometimes it didn't work. Gniibe examined all NS machines, and found that a machine named HIKARU could not retrieve information from master. That's because of ACL. HIKARU has two IP addresses, and connection came to master through unexpected IP address. Changing ACL (including another IP address of HIKARU), it got fixed.

/dev/md0 39G 33M 37G 1% /mntWeird. Gniibe mke2fs-ed again with version 1.38, then it got fixed.
/dev/md0 2.1T 129M 2.0T 1% /mntWow, it's more than 2TB.
