Bad decision
Gniibe observes how a team go to wrong way.
At first, a bad decision, because of not-so-good or not enough information.
Next, perhaps, members cannot deny the decision, although some of them know it was bad.
Then, all members sought reasons which endorse or say "yes" to a bad decision. Here, all other information and/or data which deny a bad decision or say "no" to it was ignored completely.
Yup, sometimes, people want to be blind by themselves.
We need to be brave to change the wrong way.
