Ricako the phisher
Many said this is an evolution of phishing. But, is it? My guess is another, more complicated business model. Those messages are copyrighted by Ricako and/or her name is registered trade mark. When she finds that her messages or her name are used by someone, she will claim the royalty. This is perfectly legal and legitimate. So, I warn guys who cut-and-paste Ricako's message or mention her name on the web (I found more than 20000 by Google), whatever purpose you cited her message or name, she will come to you with a bill. I wonder if I should report this incident to JPCERT/CC. There is a sign which my guess would be correct. Her address ends with 'tm', I read it as 'Trade Mark'.
